A 29-year-old Kentucky fan was arrested Saturday night in Garrard County, Ky., on charges of wanton endangerment, endangering welfare of a minor and criminal abuse after allegedly giving her 1-year-old nephew beer and rum as she celebrated Kentucky’s 68-66 win over Notre Dame.

She pleaded not guilty to the charges Monday, according to WAVE. The arrest citation says Spoonamore gave the baby alcohol through his sippy cup and at one point threw him to to the ground. The baby was taken to a hospital with an injured lip.

Angela Spoonamore, 29, told WLEX she was drunk at the party and doesn’t remember being arrested. The report also said Spoonamore referred to the baby as her niece until she was reminded it was her nephew.

“I don’t believe this,” Spoonamore said as she read the arrest report. “I would never hurt them babies.”
