According to a police report obtained by KNWA-TV, Henry is a pimp known as "Allstar" and that he and a woman, 26-year-old Jessyca Hoskins, were grooming the girl to become a prostitute. Hoskins is charged with filming the girl having sex and allowing her to drink alcohol and smoke marijuana.

Police also said the girl and Henry exchanged text messages that spelled out how much money "Allstar" wanted her to charge for sex, and that he would split the proceeds 50-50.

Henry played one season at Arkansas, in 2008-09. In 23 games, the 6-6 forward averaged 8.0 points and 4.4 rebounds in 18.1 minutes. He was suspended three different times during the season for violations of team rules, according to a report by Arkansasonline.com, and was dismissed from the program before his sophomore season.
