Hawks set franchise record with 15 consecutive wins

The Hawks broke a franchise record that had stood for 21 seasons by winning their 15th game in a row Friday night.

Atlanta defeated the Thunder, 103-93 after widening the one-point lead it had at halftime.

Now boasting a 38-8 record, the Hawks have won 29 of their last 31 games and sit atop the Eastern Conference standings.

Paul Millsap paced the team with 22 points, while Jeff Teague added 17.

Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook posted a combined 43 points for the Thunder, who fell to 22-21 on the season with the loss.
