There's superstar treatment, and then there's what went down in Miami on Monday night.
A 13-year veteran and future Hall of Famer such as Dwyane Wade is expected to get his share of favorable calls. It's not fair, but it's the way it is. Monday night, official Ken Mauer took things to an entirely different level when he seemingly whistled Knicks standout rookie Kristaps Porzingis for a foul against Wade at the behest of the three-time champion.
