Williams wins third weekly award

Townsville point guard Corey 'Homicide' Williams picked up his third NBL Player of the Week award this season after guiding the Crocs to a crucial victory over Perth in Round 14.
Williams scored 24 points, had a game-high seven assists and pulled down three rebounds in the 83-74 win, which propelled the Crocs to equal second with the Wildcats on 11 wins.
Homicide becomes the first player to win three weekly awards this season following his back-to-back gongs in Rounds 3 and 4.
Gold Coast's Anthony Petrie was another leading contender in Round 14 after he poured in 18 points and added seven rebounds in the Blaze's seven-point win over the Breakers.
Wollongong's Cameron Tragardh also had an excellent round, averaging 17.7 points, six rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.7 blocks and a steal in the Hawks' three matches.
