01/26/2012 08:44:39 AM

The Indiana Pacers ended the Chicago Bulls' perfect home record in the NBA on Wednesday (local time), while the Lakers won the Los Angeles derby.

Danny Granger scored 22 points and Roy Hibbert added 20 as the Bulls suffered their first defeat in nine games at the United Center in a 95-90 loss.

The Eastern Conference-leading Bulls were without forward Luol Deng (wrist), and Derrick Rose's 24 points were not enough against a Pacers outfit who sit second to them in the Central Division.

Meanwhile, Kobe Bryant scored 12 of his 24 points in the final quarter as the LA Lakers overturned a last-quarter deficit to edge cross-town rivals the Clippers 96-91.

Pau Gasol (23 points, 10 rebounds) and Andrew Bynum (19 points) also contributed as the Lakers ended a three-match losing streak.

LeBron James (32 points) and Chris Bosh (27) led the Miami Heat to a thrilling 101-98 win against the Detroit Pistons.

James hit six free throws in the final 79 seconds as he went 13 of 14 from the line to guide the Southeast Division leaders to victory.

Oklahoma City Thunder took their 15th win in 18 outings as Kevin Durant's 25 points led them to a 101-91 victory against the struggling New Orleans Hornets.

The Dallas Mavericks were presented with their championship rings, but their seven-game home winning streak was ended with a 105-90 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves, who had Kevin Love net 31 points and collect 10 rebounds.

Danilo Gallinari (23 points) helped the Denver Nuggets to a comfortable 122-93 win against the Sacramento Kings, while Stephen Curry (32 points) guided the Golden State Warriors to a 101-93 defeat of the Portland Trail Blazers.

Anderson Varejao's 16 rebounds were a key in seeing the Cleveland Cavaliers end a four-game losing streak with a 91-81 win over the New York Knicks.

The Milwaukee Bucks overcome the loss of centre Andrew Bogut to an ankle injury to beat the Houston Rockets 105-99.

Matt Bonner and DeJuan Blair both scored 17 points as the San Antonio Spurs hammered the Atlanta Hawks 105-83.

The Washington Wizards gave Randy Wittman a dream start as coach as they secured their third win of the season with a 92-75 defeat of the Charlotte Bobcats.

Andrea Bargnani and Linas Kleiza both scored 25 points as the Toronto Raptors edged the Utah Jazz 111-106.

And the New Jersey Nets recorded a surprise 97-90 win against the Philadelphia 76ers as Deron Williams played a vital role with 34 points and 11 assists.
