The Orlando Magic made it 10 wins out of 11 as they bounced back from blowing a 12-point lead in the final quarter to defeat the Miami Heat 108-102 in overtime.

Vince Carter led the way with 27 points as the Magic increased their lead at the summit of the Southeast Division to 4 1/2 games.

Rashard Lewis' 24-point haul included a three-pointer inside the final 30 seconds of overtime which finally put the game beyond the Heat, who recovered brilliantly to lead with 15 seconds left in regulation before Jameer Nelson tied the scores at 93-93.

Dwyane Wade poured in 36 points and had 10 rebounds for Miami, while Jermaine O'Neal added 14 points.

In Denver, Carmelo Anthony sank 26 points and claimed a career-best 18 rebounds as the Nuggets downed the New Orleans Hornets 93-80.

The win was the Nuggets' eighth in nine outings and moves them half a game clear of Dallas in the race for second place in the Western Conference.
