The Utah Jazz have produced a late surge to beat the Phoenix Suns 116-108.

Phoenix had carried an 86-75 lead into the fourth quarter but were then outplayed as Deron Williams and Mehmet Okur led the Jazz revival.

Williams finished with 27 points and Okur scored 24, while Amare Stoudemire had a 30-point game for the Suns.

Utah climbed above Phoenix into fourth place in the Western Conference with the win.

Kobe Bryant scored 39 points but finished on the losing side as the Los Angeles Lakers were beaten 114-111 in overtime by the Miami Heat.

For Miami, Dwyane Wade scored 27 points and Quentin Richardson finished with 25.

The Memphis Grizzlies recovered from a slow start to beat the Chicago Bulls 105-96.

After the first quarter, the Bulls held a 32-19 lead which they built on early in the second quarter.

However, the Grizzlies gradually picked up their game and 31 points from Zach Randolph, who also claimed 18 rebounds, carried them to victory.
