The Chicago Bulls continued their impressive start to the NBA season with a 114-75 thrashing of the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday.
Despite missing superstar Derrick Rose for the third game in a row with a toe injury, the Bulls barely skipped a beat as they handed the Cavs their worst home loss in the history of the franchise.
The win moved the Bulls to a 14-3 season record - the best in the NBA - with Luol Deng scoring 21 points and grabbing eight rebounds, while Carlos Boozer added 19 points and 14 rebounds.
Chicago led by eight points at the first change but a 29-18 second quarter set the match up and they led by as much as 42 in the fourth quarter.
That allowed Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau to play his bench in the latter stages of the match.
For Cleveland, Anderson Varejao scored 14 points and rookie Kyrie Irving notched up 13.
Meanwhile, Dwight Howard poured in 21 points and 23 rebounds to lead the Orlando Magic to a 92-80 win over the LA Lakers.
The Magic broke clear by 12 points in the first quarter and were never headed to run out comfortable winners.
Howard received good support from Jameer Nelson (17 points, nine assists) while Kobe Bryant (30 points, eight assists) had little help from his Lakers team-mates.
Cross-town rivals the Los Angeles Clippers lost for just the second time at home this season as Kevin Love (17 points) gave the Minnesota Timberwolves a dramatic 101-98 win.
With the scores tied at 98-98, Love landed a three-point shot in the last second to stun the Staples Center crowd.
George Hill mirrored Love's late heroics as he fired the Indiana Pacers to a 94-91 win against the Golden State Warriors.
With eight seconds to play and the scores tied, Golden State's Monta Ellis had the ball only for it to be stolen by Hill, who raced down the court and converted his lay-up opportunity with less than two seconds left.
The Boston Celtics lost their sixth match in seven as Marcin Gortat (24 points, 12 rebounds) helped the Phoenix Suns to a 79-71 win and Al Harrington (29 points) scored a late three-pointer to give the Denver Nuggets an exciting 108-104 win over the Washington Wizards.
The Memphis Grizzlies won their fifth match in a row and condemned the Detroit Pistons to their fifth loss in succession as Rudy Gay (24 points) led the Grizzlies to a 98-81 win, while Brandon Jennings top-scored with 36 points as the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the New York Knicks 100-86.
In other matches, LaMarcus Aldridge (33 points, 23 rebounds) starred for the Portland Trail Blazers as they beat the Toronto Raptors 94-84, Thaddeus Young (20 points) came off the bench to help the Philadelphia 76ers to a 90-76 win over the Atlanta Hawks and the Sacramento Kings edged the San Antonio Spurs 88-86.
