The Ravens fell out of the AFC North hunt with an ugly 25-13 loss to the Texans on Sunday, and Steve Smith didn’t filter his feelings afterwards.

"Bottom line is, offensively, we just got our ass kicked," Smith told reporters in the locker room, according to the Baltimore Sun. "That's what happened. That's what the score looks like. That's what it looks like when you just lose. That is the consequences of losing."

The Ravens managed just 211 yards of offense while QB Joe Flacco tossed three interceptions. It’s not hard to find the flaws in the Ravens’ performance, and Smith expects to hear about them all week.

"We expect and understand and anticipate all of the negative feedback and all of the fat, lazy, sorry couch quarterbacks are going to come out," Smith said. "We expect that and understand that. We’re not going to pay attention to it."

Smith is known for his aggressive and colorful personality. He’s compared opponents to dogs, he's taunted fans and he's even punched teammates at training camp. Smith now can add lashing out at reporters to the list.

When asked if he was concerned with the Ravens' offense after its season-low output, Smith replied: "Won’t you write it and then I can tell you how much [BS] it is. All right? OK?"

The Ravens can still manage a wild card spot with a Week 17 win over the Browns and Chargers loss at the Chiefs.
