Jean-Francois has played five seasons in the NFL and amassed 96 total tackles and 8.5 sacks. He played with the 49ers for three years, and most recently with the Colts, who releaded him earlier this week. It was new Washington general manager Scott McCloughan who selected Jean-Francois in the seventh round of the 2009 draft.

Jean-Francois was a member of LSU's BCS championship team in 2008 and was on the 49ers team that reached the Super Bowl in 2012.
