Patriots receiver Julian Edelman is developing chemistry with New England's backup quarterback and has the video evidence to prove it.
Edelman posted a training montage video on his YouTube channel that features Patriots quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. The two were working out together in Los Angeles, but it's unclear whether the video was filmed before or after the NFL handed down a four-game suspension to Patriots starter Tom Brady for his role in New England's "Deflategate" scandal.

While the three-time Super Bowl MVP and two-time league MVP is appealing his suspension, the Patriots could have to make do without him as they did in 2008 after Brady suffered a season-ending knee injury in Week 1. The Patriots went 11-5 that year, but did not make the playoffs with Miami winning the AFC East.
If Brady loses his appeal, the Patriots will play the Steelers, Bills, Jaguars and Cowboys with Garoppolo likely under center. Edelman is already preparing for that possibility.
