Ohio State has three quarterbacks (Braxton Miller, Cardale Jones, J.T. Barrett) worthy of the starting job. Instead of just deciding on starting one, Urban Meyer admitted he's considering using two quarterbacks.

"You might have a specialty quarterback. That's kind of what we did in 2006 (at Florida)," Meyer said, via Cleveland.com. "That was kind of two different skill sets, a very unique situation, a very ego-less approach to the game. One quarterback drives them down, the other guy comes in and is the goal-line quarterback, but it worked."

Meyer won the 2006 national championship using Chris Leak and Tim Tebow. Leak was the team's throwing quarterback, while Tebow (then a freshman) came in primarily as a rusher.

Of the three quarterbacks on the Buckeyes' roster, Jones most resembles Tebow's build. Jones is 6-5 and 250 pounds and could be a rushing threat near the goal line.

This scenario only uses two quarterbacks, so it would leave a man out. Unless Meyer wants to readjust his plan to include another passer. Whatever he decides, he has plenty of time to think it over. The college football season doesn't start for another five months and Miller (shoulder) and Barrett (ankle) are coming back from injuries.
