Floyd Mayweather Jr. is undefeated and the prohibitive favorite as the countdown for the May 2 mega-fight against Manny Pacquiao dwindles, but if it’s any consolation to Pacquiao, Muhammad Ali is in the Filipino fighter’s corner.

Ali’s daughter, Rasheda, told TMZ Sports her father is “Team Pacquiao all the way.”

“He knows Manny’s a great fighter but it’s more about what he does outside the ring,” Ali said, per TMZ. “He’s such a charitable person.”

Ali also took the opportunity to downplay any comparisons of Mayweather to her father, while taking a slight jab at the flamboyant boxing superstar who regularly flaunts his riches on social media.

“My dad stood for things,” she said. “Mayweather … I don’t think there’s a comparison.”

Unfortunately for Pacquiao, his charitable efforts and Mayweather’s flashy Instagram account won’t help him win the richest purse in boxing history. However, he will have "The Greatest's" support from afar as the former heavyweight champion watches the bout from his home.

“There’s no question he’s going to order it,” Ali told TMZ. “It takes my dad way back to when he was fighting.”

Ali said her father and Pacquiao have been friends for years, adding that Pacquiao attended Ali’s 70th birthday celebration three years ago.
