Robert Kraft is hoping his decision not to appeal the NFL for the Patriots' role in Deflategate will somehow help Tom Brady appeal his four-game suspension, according to Larry King.

Kraft announced Tuesday that he would not appeal the NFL's decision to fine the Patriots $1 million and take away two draft picks. However, the NFLPA still plans on going through with its decision to appeal Tom Brady's suspension.

"I'm going to accept, reluctantly, what (Roger Goodell) has given to us and not continue this dialogue and rhetoric, and we won't appeal," Kraft said during a media conference. "This is the best thing for the New England Patriots, our fans and the NFL."
