Mike Trout becomes youngest player with 100 homers and 100 steals

Angels outfielder Mike Trout is nearly six months older than Cubs phenom Kris Bryant, but Trout already has a 100-homer lead on him.

Trout hit a two-run shot off Astros starting pitcher Roberto Hernandez in the sixth inning Friday for career homer No. 100.

Not only did Trout reach a career milestone, he also became the youngest player (23 years, 251 days) in major league history with at least 100 homers and 100 stolen bases, according to ESPN.

The homer gave the Angels a 3-1 lead.
