Jimmy Graham scored two touchdowns, including the match-winner in the last quarter, to hand Team Irvin victory in the 2015 Pro Bowl in Arizona on Sunday.

The New Orleans Saints tightend caught Matt Ryan's one-yard pass with three minutes 10 seconds left on the clock at University of Phoenix Stadium to seal a 32-28 victory.

Graham - competing in his third Pro Bowl - celebrated by 'dunking' the ball over the goal's crossbar.

Team Irvin - led by three-time Super Bowl champion Michael Irvin - generally seemed a step ahead of their opposition at the home of the Arizona Cardinals but trailed Team Carter 28-19 with less than two minutes left in the third quarter.

Up stepped home-town quarterback Matt Ryan and the 29-year-old picked out Emmanuel Sanders in the end zone with 1:52 remaining in the third term.

That score, with Adam Vinatieri missing the extra-point kick, dragged Irvin's side within three points of the team led by eight-time Pro Bowl representative Cris Carter.

And late in the fourth quarter, Ryan made the difference again, combining with Graham to decide the contest.

Ryan and Matthew Stafford threw two touchdown passes each for Team Irvin, while Andrew Luck and Drew Brees did the same for Team Carter.

Graham and Sanders held onto two scoring catches for the victors, while Greg Olsen matched them for Team Carter.
