Georgia fans should be excited about the program's future at quarterback.

Bulldogs quarterback commit Jacob Eason launched a 63-yard throw at FSP May Madness in Bellevue, Wash., this past weekend, blowing the competition out of the water.

Eason's numbers already looked impressive, but now fans and competition alike can see the kind of arm strength the top QB in the 2016 class owns.

Ohio State's Cardale Jones threw one 74 yards at the Buckeyes' spring game last month. However, Jones is a rising junior. Eason hasn't played his final season of high school football.

The last time Georgia recruited such a highly touted quarterback was when Matthew Stafford joined the Bulldogs in 2006.
