Players to watch: Stanford quarterback Kevin Hogan is protected by Sporting News first-team All-American offensive tackle Andrus Peat, but Stanford's true strength is its defense. The Cardinal allow the second-fewest points per game (16.0) and are led by Nagurski Award candidate Henry Anderson, whom is coming off a six-tackle (two for loss), one-sack performance in the upset of No. 8 UCLA. With Maryland standout playmaker Stefon Diggs out for the year with a lacerated kidney, Maryland's player to watch is the Lou Garza award winner, Brad Craddock. Craddock is 18-for-19 on field-goal attempts this season, including a school-record 57-yard field goal against Ohio State on Oct. 4.
