Logan Tuley-Tillman, dismissed by the Michigan football team last month, faces much bigger troubles now.

The former offensive lineman was charged with three felonies in district court, according to MILive.com.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred Sept. 4 in Ann Arbor, involving a sexual encounter with a woman.

The court arraigned Tuley-Tillman on two counts of capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person, along with one count of using a computer to commit a crime.

The charges allege that Tuley-Tillman videotaped the sexual encounter, then sent it to his personal device without the woman’s permission.

According to MLive.com, the videotaping charges both are punishable by up to two years in prison, and the computer charge carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison.

Tuley-Tillman is free on bail.

Coach Jim Harbaugh dismissed the 6-7, 309-pound redshirt sophomore Sept. 10 without citing a reason.

"Logan Tuley-Tillman has been dismissed from the football team for conduct unacceptable for a Michigan student athlete," Harbaugh said in a statement at the time.
