Flyers left winger Zac Rinaldo was suspended for eight games by the NHL on Monday for boarding Penguins defenseman Kris Letang during a game last week.

This is the longest suspension of Rinaldo's career, and it's the longest ban handed down by league disciplinarian Stephane Quintal this season.
