Visitation will be open from noon-8 p.m. Friday at Fourth Presbyterian Church in Chicago, just off Michigan Avenue. The funeral, which will have limited public seating, will be at the same church beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday.

The team requests that in lieu of flowers, donations in Banks' memory can be made to Cubs Charities.
