When Emmanuel Sanders made the switch from Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers to Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos, the wide receiver boasted that he landed in "receiver heaven."

With 1,404 yards, nine touchdowns and a first trip to the Pro Bowl in his first season with the Broncos, that appears to be true.

"It's been a good season. Obviously it ended with a Pro Bowl. I wish it would have ended with a Super Bowl," Sanders told Around The NFL . "... I'm out here in my first Pro Bowl and I caught over 100 balls and went for 1,400 yards. I was just fortunate this year that Peyton believed in me and kept throwing me the ball."

After the Broncos saw their their 12-5 season end in elimination at the hands of the Indianapolis Colts, the coaching staff was dismantled and Manning's return at quarterback remained a question mark.

Sanders, however, is confident going into 2015 despite the departure of coach John Fox and offensive coordinator Adam Gase.

"Well, Gase is definitely in Chicago right now," Sanders said. "And Peyton says he's going to come back, but I'm not really worried about it. I really just want to win a Super Bowl. So that is all that is on my mind."

If Manning were to retire, Sanders assured that Brock Osweiler is a reliable alternative.

"Yeah, I think Brock is a quarterback that is on the rise," Sanders said. "He's going to continuously get better and I feel like [new coach Gary] Kubiak's offense fits him really well."

Manning was voted to his 14th Pro Bowl this season but opted out with a quad injury. Time off for Manning, who turns 39 in March, should prove beneficial.
