A Broncos cornerback was the victim of a hit-and-run incident in New Jersey on Sunday.

Tevrin Brandon, an undrafted free agent who signed a futures contract with the team in April, was briefly hospitalized for minor injuries but is expected to practice on Wednesday when the Broncos begin organized team activities. According to NJ.com, Brandon was crossing an intersection in Belmar, N.J., when he was struck by what police believe was a Ford F-150 pickup. The truck fled the scene and has yet to be located, the report said.
