New England refuses to give up on Tom Brady.

Patriots fans are rallying to support their star quarterback in the wake of his four-game suspension for his involvement in the Deflategate scandal.

According to a recently created Facebook page, the "Free Tom Brady" rally is scheduled to take place at Patriot Place Parking Lot 4 at Gillette Stadium from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET on Sunday. The event is described on the page as a "peaceful rally to protest the unjust football arrest of half god, half man Tom Brady."

As of Saturday afternoon, 313 people and counting had confirmed their attendance.

The Wells Report released on May 6 found that Brady was "at least generally aware of" the conduct between Patriots employees Jim McNally and John Jastremski. Just five days later, Brady was suspended four games without pay and the Patriots were fined $1 million and forced to surrender two draft picks.

Brady has since appealed the ruling through the NFL Players Association, which requested last week that commissioner Roger Goodell recuse himself from hearing the appeal. The league, however, rejected the recusal motion.
