Tuesday’s testimony did not bode well for the defense attorneys for former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez.

A state police trooper who specializes in fingerprint analysis said Tuesday that Odin Lloyd's fingerprints were found inside a car that was allegedly used to drive Lloyd to his death on the morning of June 17, 2013.

Lloyd's body was found later that evening in an industrial area near Hernandez's home in North Attleboro, Mass. Police found a key in Lloyd's pocket that tied him to a vehicle Hernandez had rented.

Hernandez faces one count of murder and two firearms charges in the slaying of Lloyd, a 27-year-old semi-professional football player who was dating Shaneah Jenkins, the sister of Hernandez’s fiancée.

Hernandez's former housekeeper also testified on Tuesday, stating through a Portuguese translator that the football player was fiddling with a home security camera in his basement after the alleged killing.

“He was using his hands for 3-5 minutes up on that camera,” said Glaucia Santos, who cleaned Hernandez's house once after Lloyd's death. She testified that as soon as Hernandez knew she was there, he “stopped immediately” and left the room.

Another trial awaits Hernandez after the current one. He was indicted in two 2012 shooting deaths in Boston.
