Carlton forward Jarrad Waite will miss Monday night's clash with St Kilda after he decided not to challenge his suspension at the AFL Tribunal.
Waite was handed a two-game ban for headbutting Tom McDonald during the first quarter of Carlton's 61-point victory over Melbourne on Sunday, but could have that suspension reduced to one-match with an early guilty plea.
The Blues chose to make the early guilty plea, meaning Waite will miss the Saints clash and then return for their Round 8 match against Port Adelaide at Etihad Stadium on May 19.
St Kilda big man Justin Koschitzke also lodged an early guilty plea to accept a two-game suspension for striking Collingwood's Jamie Elliott.
Koschitzke would have been risking a three-game ban if he had challenged at the tribunal, but decided against that and will now miss matches against the Blues and Crows.
