Video: Tough as nails Wines plays on with dislocated shoulder

There aren’t many tougher than Ollie Wines either, with the young Port Adelaide midfielder dislocating his shoulder in the first quarter of the Power’s clash with the Saints on Sunday.

Wines was involved in a heavy collision, which saw the 20-year-old come from the ground heavily favouring his left shoulder.

The joint looked to be badly injured, however Fox Footy commentator Ben Dixon overheard Wines tell the team doctor to, “Just strap it up,” so that he could return to the field of play.

Wines did indeed return to the field much to the amazement of the commentators, and fans on Twitter.

Unfortunately for the young Power star, his mobility was severely hindered and was subsequently subbed out of the game at quarter time.
