Round 3 AFL Teams wrap: Tigers lose two, Sam Reid out for Swans

Fremantle have made three forced changes for the grand final rematch while Hawthorn have confirmed Sam Mitchell will return from injury but captain Luke Hodge will miss Friday night's clash at the MCG.

The Hawks have named utility Matt Spangher alongside Mitchell as inclusions, while Hodge (groin) and Tim O'Brien (omitted) will miss.

For the Dockers, Lachie Neale, Garrick Ibbotson, and Alex Silvagni replace Nat Fyfe (suspension), Michael Barlow (knee) and Zac Dawson (suspension).

Brett Deledio has failed to overcome an ankle injury will miss Richmond's clash against the Bulldogs along with Shaun Hampson (knee) and Nathan Foley (dropped).

The winless Dogs are unchanged.

Adelaide have several key changes ahead of their crucial match against Sydney on Saturday.

Shaun McKernan (concussion) and Brad Crouch (leg) are sidelined and Lewis Johnston, Sam Shaw, Jason Porplyzia dumped.

The Swans have brought in Lewis Roberts-Thomson and Jeremy Laidler for Craig Bird (calf) and Sam Reid (achilles).

Brisbane Lions have swapped Rohan Bewick for the returning Tom Rockliff. Their opponent Gold Coast have lost Charlie Dixon (adductor) and Timmy Sumner (omitted) and included Matthew Warnock and Luke Russell.

Brent Colledge will replace Shannon Hurn (knee) at West Coast, while St Kilda have lost patience with Dylan Roberton who makes way for the fit-again Jimmy Webster.

Alex Fasolo and Lachie Keeffe return for Collingwood's blockbuster against Geelong, replacing Nathan Brown (shoulder) and Ben Sinclair (hamstring).

For the Cats, George Burbury and Jared Rivers come in for Taylor Hunt (suspended) and Dawson Simpson (dropped).

Greater Western Sydney will face Melbourne on Sunday without top draft pick Lachie Whitfield (foot) and Paul Roos has dropped the highly-rated Jimmy Toumpas.

Jason Winderlich and Jake Melksham were named in Essendon's 25-man squad to face Carlton on Sunday. That pair looks set to replace Paddy Ryder (ankle) and Zach Merrett (omitted).

The Blues regain senior players Andrew Walker, Andrew Carrazzo, Levi Casboult, with three players to be dropped when Sunday's squads are trimmed on Friday night.

Port Adelaide have named Cameron Hitchcock in their extended squad while opponents North Melbourne have listed Liam Anthony among their 25 with doubts surrounding the fitness of Jack Ziebell.
