Fremantle midfielder Stephen Hill returns for his side's clash against Melbourne at the MCG on Sunday, while Gary Rohan makes his long-awaited comeback for Sydney as Tom Mitchell is dropped.

The Dockers are eyeing a second straight percentage-boosting victory and the return of Hill from hamstring tightness helps their chances of claiming a big win.

Cam Sutcliffe, who came on as a substitute in Freo's 113-point win over the Giants on Sunday, makes way.

Freo are eyeing a top-two finish and their percentage (132) is getting closer to that of the top three - Hawthorn (138.4), Geelong (133.1) and Sydney (138.2).

For Melbourne, Sam Blease and Jeremy Howe come in to replace Mitch Clisby (suspension) and Daniel Nicholson (omitted).

Rohan will play his first senior game in 16 months after being named in the Swans side for their clash against St Kilda at the SCG on Sunday.

The speedster has been sidelined since April 2012, when he broke his leg against North Melbourne, but will return after playing four NEAFL games.

His inclusion is one of two changes for the Swans, who have recalled Jed Lamb but dropped midfielders Mitchell and Brandon Jack.

It is the first time Mitchell, 20, has been dropped in an impressive debut season, which started with his debut against Essendon in Round 10.

St Kilda have made four changes, with Stephen Milne, Sam Gilbert, Sebastian Ross and Tom Hickey replacing Lenny Hayes (soreness), James Gwilt (rested), Brodie Murdoch and Jimmy Webster (both omitted).

The Western Bulldogs welcome back veteran midfielder Matthew Boyd and youngster Lachie Hunter for their clash against Adelaide at Etihad Stadium.

Jason Tutt and Liam Jones have been dropped in what will be Adam Cooney's 200th game.

Adelaide have added Ian Callinan and Sam Kerridge to their side, with Ricky Henderson (knee) and Matthew Wright (omitted) making way.
