Date of birth: 05/04/1981
Jumper Number: 26
Height: 183
Weight: 84
Debut: 2000
Making his debut alongside the likes of Josh Fraser and Leon Davis in 2000, Johnson has signed on for his 13th year at the Magpies, joining the veterans list in doing so. A creative half-back, Johnson's durability and consistency has also seen him play in the middle, on the wing, and even as a tagging back pocket. Confident in defence, Johnson was second in the 2004 B&F and mammoth in Collingwood's drawn Grand Final of 2010. Despite being hampered by a back injury for eight games in mid-2011, he returned to chalk up an average of 24 possessions in his next ten games.
