St Kilda has named a strong squad for Saturday night's NAB Cup quarter-final against Sydney, with Lenny Hayes, Nick Dal Santo and Jason Gram among the inclusions.
Fresh from falling over the line by a point last week against Collingwood, thanks to Adam Schneider's goal in the final minute, the Saints have included Hayes, Dal Santo, Gram, Steven Baker, Steven King and Sean Dempster with Jack Steven and Leigh Fisher making way.
The Swans meanwhile have named forward Ryan O'Keefe and big men Jesse White and Shane Mumford, the former Geelong ruckman, among five potential inclusions, with veteran backman Craig Bolton to sit out the Etihad Stadium clash.
West Coast and Port Adelaide have both made several changes to their squads for Saturday night's other quarter-final at Subiaco Oval, with the hosts naming Dean Cox, Beau Waters and recruit Jarrad Oakley-Nicholls while Daniel Kerr, Matt Priddis and Andrew Embley have all been rested.
The Power have likewise included several leading players for their first proper hit-outs of the year, among them Chad Cornes, Josh Carr and former Carlton big man Cameron Cloke while Daniel Motlop is suspended and Travis Boak has also been left out.
And North Melbourne has named Lindsay Thomas and Aaron Edwards in its squad for Sunday's battle with Fremantle at Etihad Stadium, leaving out Corey Jones and Scott McMahon, with the visitors including Chris Tarrant but leaving out Adam McPhee and Byron Schammer.
On the NAB Challenge circuit, Essendon and Melbourne will go head-to-head on Saturday at Visy Park, the Bombers including Scott Gumbleton, Brent Stanton, Paddy Ryder and David Hille while the Demons' ins include Clint Bartram and Mark Jamar with Aaron Davey left out.
And while Geelong has brought back Brad Ottens, Paul Chapman, Matthew Scarlett and Darren Milburn to face Richmond in Yea on Saturday, the premiers have also left out captain Cameron Ling, Gary Ablett, Joel Corey, Andrew Mackie, Harry Taylor, Cameron Mooney, Steve Johnson and Joel Selwood.
The Tigers meanwhile have included veterans Ben Cousins and Troy Simmonds along with Will Thursfield and Jake King while Shane Tuck, Andrew Collins and Matt White will not take part in the game.
