Collingwood will give Josh Fraser a 200th AFL game after the ruckman was named in the final 22 for Saturday's match against Hawthorn, however the Pies will be without Alan Didak, who misses with a bruised shoulder.
Fraser is finally given his chance for his milestone after failing to make the senior side since Round 12 with Leigh Brown suspended during the week. John McCarthy and Ben Reid are the other two players to be included while John Anthony is dropped again, casting a major doubt on his involvement in the finals series.
With the club's first minor premiership since 1977 already sewn up, Collingwood decided to take no risks with Didak, who misses, while Leon Davis and Paul Medhurst remain on the outer.
Hawthorn, who need to win to have any hope of hosting a first final, will be without inspirational vice-captain Luke Hodge, who has a knee injury, while Grant Birchall also misses with a hamstring. In comes Clinton Young, for just his eighth game of the season, and Rhan Hooper.
As expected, Fremantle have made 10 changes for Friday night's match against Carlton at Subiaco. Aaron Sandilands, Paul Hasleby, Matthew Pavlich, Adam McPhee, Roger Hayden, David Mundy, Stephen Hill, Chris Mayne, Anthony Morabito and Nathan Fyfe are the inclusions, while nine players are omitted and Tim Ruffles has a knee injury.

Geelong have brought back three premiership players, Cameron Ling, Brad Ottens and Andrew Mackie along with Tom Lonergan for the clash against West Coast at Skilled Stadium on Saturday, with James Podsiadly and Josh Hunt missing through suspension and youngsters Daniel Menzel and Taylor Hunt the unlucky ones to make way.
The Eagles have made no changes to the side that was beaten by North Melbourne last week.
A week out from the finals, St Kilda have lost Adam Schneider to injury for the match against Adelaide at AAMI Stadium, while Sean Dempster, Adam Pattison and Nick Heyne make way for Zac Dawson, Clinton Jones, Michael Gardiner and Lenny Hayes. The Crows have included Brodie Martin for Will Young.
The injuries to Adam Cooney, Dale Morris and Brad Johnson have given three young Bulldogs a chance to press their case on the eve of the finals in the match against Essendon on Saturday night. Jordan Roughead, Dylan Addison and Andrejs Everitt have been included.
Essendon will be without skipper Jobe Watson, who has an ankle injury, and Mark McVeigh, who has knee problems. Jay Neagle and Michael Quinn have been dropped. Paddy Ryder returns along with Jason Winderlich, Sam Lonergan and Travis Colyer.
Brisbane go into their final game of the season against Sydney without the services of skipper Jonathan Brown, who will miss with a groin injury, while Troy Selwood has played his final game for the club. Tom Collier and Albert Proud are in.
Sydney welcomes back Ryan O'Keefe after a week out, while Jarred Moore is the other inclusion, with Shane Mumford (knee) and Gary Rohan making way.
