Bradshaw to miss NAB Cup

Bradshaw to miss NAB Cup

02/03/2010 08:30:36 AM

New Sydney forward Daniel Bradshaw will miss the Swans' NAB Cup campaign after undergoing knee surgery on Wednesday.

Scans revealed cartilage was floating in his knee and he had an arthroscope to remove the debris.

He will able to resume running in 2-3 weeks and remains on track to play in Sydney's Round 1 blockbuster against St Kilda at ANZ Stadium.

"Being an experienced player, Daniel should come around quickly and doing the operation now means his season won't be unduly interrupted," coach Paul Roos said.
